This information was given by Minister of State for Textiles, in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha as 
The textile park by ADD Industrial Park to be set up in Coimbatore on 2,250 acres will provide employment for 1,50,000 persons in the beginning and the figure will reach Rs.25,000 in seven years.”
